Great location. Easy to get to. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had four rooms that we requested on a high floor and the hotel put us all together on the top floor. The windows also opened which is a huge plus for us because we like the room cold to sleep in. The people at the front desk were kind, accommodating and respectful. There was a long wait for dinner at the restaurant but there were 7 of us and it was a friday night. So if you would like to go make sure to make reservations. The food was tasty but did take some time to come out. The bread was amazing.

The hotel was extremely clean and the surroundings were all very fresh. The location is great too. Staff were helpful. The food at Tuscan Kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful local. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Good size rooms and wonderful gym.

The Tuscan kitchen was amazing I really enjoyed the food and drinks, our wait staff was amazing! The Tuscan cafe in the morning was also a delight to have on site. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, reasonably priced drinks and cocktails the atmosphere was unparalleled. We sat around the fire outside and had awesome service! I think overall value was great, I do think if I had taken advantage of more amenities I would have reached a 5 on value I just simply didn’t have enough time to experience it all. My next stay will have to be at least 2 nights so that I can fully enjoy the Tuscan village.

I loved everything about the property. It felt like I was someplace tropical. The staff at the bar at the tuscan kitchen was awesome!! So friendly. The bar manager and staff at the roof top went above and beyond. I can not wait to come back

The style, layout of the hotel & pool are excellent. Rooftop bar was the Cherry on top! Great bar staff! Gina was our waitress at Tuscan Kitchen that night & she was a delight- we forgot our cheaters & she loaned us a pair! Food & service was excellent! Restaurant was very pretty! Valet service was a plus - quick & easy!
